The property is accessed from the rear and has a small flight of steps to the front door. All floors including the rooftop terrace have use of a lift.

The front door opens up onto the open plan lounge/dining area to the right and the kitchen and bedroom to the left.

All doors, skirting and cupboards are made from light beach wood and give a light and airy feel to the apartment. To the front of the lounge is a large tri-fold patio door opening onto a balcony that is the full width of the apartment.

The balcony is deep enough to accommodate some patio furniture and also has a BBQ area to allow you take full benefit of the south facing views across the bay and the pool below.

The lounge is spacious and currently contains two settees, a dining table and some occasional furniture.

The large settee is a sofa bed and this would allow owners to use this to accommodate 4 people in the apartment. Also in the lounge is built-in storage cupboard offering extra storage.

The hallway adjacent to the lounge has a large fitted cupboard offering additional storage for the apartment. The kitchen is set into the corner area of the lounge and contains all you would need in appliances including fridge-freezer, cooker, hob, washing machine and tumble drier, double sink and microwave. From the kitchen to the lounge area is a large serving counter which has an electric shutter allowing you to separate the kitchen from the lounge should you wish. For a small kitchen, there is a surprising amount of space.

Also in the kitchen is a large combi boiler that provides hot water for the apartment and heat for the central heating radiators.

From the hallway a corridor leads to the bathroom and the bedroom.

The bathroom is a good size and finished in contemporary colours with a modern sit-on sink, Jacuzzi bath and heated towel rail.

The bedroom is large with quality furniture and a trifold patio door opening onto a small private balcony.

Also in the hallway is a further fitted wardrobe/cupboard for storage.

The property is light and bright throughout with excellent use of space and plenty of storage and everything is in excellent condition.

Within the condominium complex is also a large communal room of which part is fitted with gym equipment and a shower. Within this area are also toilets for use by the owners, guests and people using the pool.

The outside area is south facing and contains a large communal swimming pool and kiddies pool and large areas for sunbathing and relaxing.

All the furniture for the pool area including parasols, sun beds , tables and chairs is provided by the condominium.

Additional to the apartment space is also a large underground garage. This space is walled-in and could accommodate a garage door, meaning that you have private storage for your personal belongings should you wish to use the property for rentals as well as your own holiday home. The garage space is one of only a few in the condominium that would allow private storage.

Outside the apartment, the lift also goes up to the roof terrace which has magnificent views across the bay and surrounding countryside. There is also a BBQ area for those wishing to take advantage.

The apartment is on the outer seaward edge of Sao Martinho do Porto and a 5 minute walk can have you on the beach, in town or walking on the open headland.

Sao Martinho is a very popular destination for holiday makers and this means that the apartment could be a very good investment for someone.

Equally this would be a great holiday home or possibly a permanent residence.

Sao Martino is one of the few places on the Silver Coast where you get a calm sea/beach for paddling and relaxing as the bay is protected by a large headland that stops much of the Atlantic waves.

The popular towns of Obidos, Nazare and Caldas da Raina are just w few minutes' drive and Lisbon is only 1 hour away by motorway.
