Electricity is on the grid. The building is set up with a 3 compost system for sanitation with low flush toilets that use only 1 pint of water per flush. All gray water goes into an evaporation field that appears as a flower garden behind the building. Water supply is rain catchment from the roof run through filters and filtered down to 1 micron at the kitchen and bar sinks. Water pitchers are filled at these sinks and put in each room for drinking. There are three 1300 gallon tanks under the building for a maximum supply of 3900 gallons. Separate pump house for the water pump behind the building.
