Caroona Village is an established village of 10 one-bedroom, 42 two-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom NRAS units, most with garages. The village features landscaped gardens, rural views, close proximity to public transport and residential aged care services and a village community centre on site.

Independent Living Villages provide accommodation for people over 55 years with an independent and secure lifestyle. Our one and two bedroom units are primarily for people who wish to live independently. Residents have the opportunity to organise external services to be delivered to their home, such as laundry, cleaning, meals and personal care. Independent Living offers freedom from building and gardening maintenance, a sense of security, companionship and access to other useful services and facilities.
