Beautiful farm in Andalusia's largest nature reserve bordering a major lake near Jerez de la Frontera, for sale!

The farm has everything: wooded mountains and deep gorges, open valleys and lush grazing land, fertile fields and attractive lake front meadows and above all absolutely stunning views over mountains, fields and the lake! Situated about 45 minutes from Jerez de la Frontera, Spain's capital of the horse and the world famous Sherry wine and also from its international airport the 433 ha (1,082 acres) farm offers a wide range of agricultural facets: about half the land - 205 ha - is dedicated to grazing for cattle including 45 ha of olive groves, 50 ha of wooded grazing land with oak and carob trees and 110 ha of grazing land with “acebuche” (wild olive trees) and other trees. A further 66 ha are dedicated to growing a variety of crop such as sunflower, cereals, oats, sugar beet etc. 104 ha are oak forest and another 45 ha is open grazing land with the remaining 3 ha being occupied by various buildings and barns. The whole farm is connected by well-maintained tracks, there is plenty of water coming from a 100 meter deep well and the electricity is supplied by a powerful transformer station on the farm. There are 4 houses for staff and workers as well as several ruins which can be rehabilitated. The farm maintains a herd of 100 breeding cows (Limoncinas). The annual harvest of olives ( 8,000 trees) varies between 150.000 kgs and 300.000 kgs. The farm benefits also from excellent hunting for fowl, wild boar, deer and roe deer. Due to its long lake front the farm also offers excellent water activities, sailing, fishing etc.
