Chalet Bouchet is within the sought after Plaine des Praz area of Chamonix and would make a great rental or residence as it is or could be renovated to add value. We currently rent the property next door that has been refurbished so let us know if you'd like to see it for inspiration.

The chalet is situated within the sought after Plaine des Praz area of Chamonix, just to the east of Chamonix itself and close to the village of les Praz and the golf course.

The nearest skiing is at Flégère, 500 metres (7 minutes walk) from the chalet. There is a bus stop less than 100 metres away, as well as the train station (350 metres, 4 minutes walk), giving access to each of the ski areas in the Valley.

There are a number of restaurants, bars and shops within a 10 minute walk. The golf course is also less than a 10 minute walk away (600 metres). Chamonix itself is 2.5km away, a pleasant 30 minute walk along the river.
