This three bedroom Spanish villa is located in a slightly elevated position. This property is distributed over two floors, the ground floor of this villa consists of a spacious lounge with an attractive dining area incorporated. The well equipped kitchen is off the lounge with a small utility area to the side. On this ground floor, there are two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom positioned between them. One of the bedrooms looks out towards the front of the holiday villa and the other faces towards the garden and pool areas. A spiral shaped staircase takes you up to the first floor where the master double bedroom and bathroom are located. This bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with a large, en suite bathroom and shower to the side. Leading off the master bedroom, there is a good sized terrace overlooking the garden and is ideal for relaxing on your Costa del Sol villa holiday. Downstairs and to the front of the lounge, through the conservatory area, doors lead out to the covered terrace on one side and to the garden on the other side. On the covered terrace there are outdoor sofas for taking it easy and terrace dining furniture for those favourite barbeque evenings and for dining al fresco. Along from the terrace and garden, a few steps take you down to the pool area, which is conveniently gated off from the garden area. Surrounded by patio tiling, there is space for sunbathing and for relaxing around the pool. The villa is a great choice for your holiday and is located between the areas of Miraflores and Riviera del Sol, on the well known Mijas Costa stretch. Just around ¾ of a mile from the beach, this residential area offers the holiday maker a range of facilities within easy reach of the holiday villa. In the immediate area, there are all day mini markets, restaurants, cafe bars, banks and shops, to name but a few of the local facilities. Mijas Costa lies between Fuengirola and Marbella, and along the coast there are many good beaches and residential areas all having good shopping and restaurant amenities. Fuengirola town is only a ten minute drive away to the east and Marbella town or the famous port of Puerto Banus can be reached by car in less than 30 minutes. The pleasant development of Calahonda is a few minutes drive to the west having many amenities while the smaller resort of La Cala, a delightful town to explore, with a large range of beach bars, is under 2 miles east with typical restaurants, a street market and good beaches.
