There's nothing humble about this enormous seafront apartment. Boasting superb character and patina, this is an apartment that offers such restrained elegance and rarity an unsurpassed view that some of our guests will be visibly moved.

The decor won't be for everyone, but so much the better for those who will appreciate this sympathetic nod to aesthetic principles of the mid 20th century. Mix yourself a cocktail (preferably an "old-fashioned") on your own marble topped bar and saunter out to the terrace and pretend you're a 1950s movie star.

Living Area

Glide through the vast marble floored entrance hall into the breathtakingly modern plan living and dining room and onto traditional parquet flooring. The living room is furnished with two two-seater mint leather sofas and armchairs with complimentary retro tables.

There is a TV, stereo system and DVD player and the all-important Wi-Fi.

Next to this there is a large dining room with a varnished wood glass topped table that seats up to eight people. There is also a small antique secretary desk for the workaholics among you. Both areas are equipped with air conditioning and have access onto the terrace and those unbeatable sea views.

Should you prefer al-fresco dining the spacious terrace offers an outdoor dining table with six chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is accessed to the left of the entrance hall and through a second seating area, cleverly thought out to be the eating area for young children. The kitchen is off this area and has all the necessary modern amenities such as a four ring hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine two fridges and air conditioning to keep the chef cool.

Bedrooms

To the right hand side of the entrance hall and next to the living and dining room there is the first of three comfortable bedrooms. Furnished with a king size bed, two whitewashed bedside tables with lamps and a mirrored fitted wardrobe.

The second bedroom is also furnished with a king size bed, bedsides tables and lamp. There is a touch of modern Provencale artwork and a huge five door fitted wardrobe big enough to hold an entourage! This bedroom also has access onto a small balcony with chairs and sea-views.

Last but by no means least is bedroom three which is of an equally good size and consists of a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps and a custom made fitted wardrobe. This room also has access onto a small balcony.

Guests will find all bedrooms just peachy, and all with air conditioning and double glazing.

Bathroom

There are two bathrooms in this apartment situated at the end of the corridor. The smaller of the two has a standard single shower, toilet, sink and small vanity cupboard. The second is equipped with a bath, overhead shower, toilet, bidet and ample storage space in the vanity unit.
