Attached to the main house is the old donkey stables which have been beautifully converted into a 1 bed self contained apartment with en suite shower room. There is a further dwelling which has been created from the old bodega/winery. This house is around 160m2 and is packed with character features. A porch leads into the property which has 2 enormous bedrooms, both of which are en suite. In bedroom 1 the shower has been created from the wine vat and in bedroom 2 the wine pit has been utilized to creat a mezzanine area for the bed with a sitting are below. There is a large kitchen where the old double bodega doors are still in position and a separate living room again with a mezzanine floor and log burning stove. There is an internal courtyard which links the main farmhouse to the bodega and also to the stable block. There are 7 stables at present, 2 of these are for foaling and all have there own automatic water supply. There is a mounting area in the courtyard and a smaller donkey room. A large gate leads out to a further enclosed paddock. The property also has a large swimming pool terrace complete with a 10m x 5m pool where you can relax after a long days trekking. The area is part of Jumilla climb and so the property would be useful accommodation for climbers and walkers. It is also popular with cyclists and bird watchers alike.
