Description:
Your role is to provide support to the senior administrators, acting as the first line of contact for client requests.
Responsibilities include:
Support execution of client specific procedures and controls
New Business Take On – Supporting system set up, validation and liaising with appropriate shared services teams
Client Service Delivery – Dealing with daily client interaction, fielding and routing client requests to appropriate people/teams, support overall service delivery to clients, work within SLA’s
Billing – Ensure systems are fully and accurately populated in relation to entities worked on, ensure costs related to ad-hoc and bespoke client work are identified and captured
Operations and Regulatory Control – Assist management as required with risk assessments
Operations Performance – Assist with investigation and resolution of errors in area of responsibility; seek to identify areas where performance can be improved
Skills required:
Experience in company administration and/or trust administration in order to be able to undertake assigned tasks with the minimum of direct supervision
A level standard or above
Ideally the post holder will be working towards a relevant professional qualification (ICSA/STEP) at an appropriate level
