The old farmhouse dates from the 1800s and is located between Scarlino and Gavorrano.

Totally renovated in 2006, it is situated on a small hill, surrounded by vineyards and unspoiled nature, with a good view of the sea and the island of Elba.

The structure consists of two buildings, an old farmhouse and a new adjacent building, each of 250 sqm.

In the old part there are 8 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and some also with a walk-in wardrobe, all very well maintained with nicely furnished and decorated in warm tones.
