Each bedroom has built-in wardrobes and there is built in safe in master bedroom. The 2 bathrooms and guest toilet have just been refurbished,so the villa now also boasts a Jacuzzi bath! The large spacious living room leads out to a terrace and garden and also pool. It is stylishly furnished with leather couches, satellite TV, DVD player and even a music centre. This is a perfect property for golfers but also families (a cot and a high chair can be arranged at an additional cost). The apartment is air conditioned and centrally heated in the cooler months. The private swimming pool is 60ft x 30 ft. and there is an enclosed garden with a patio that offers outdoor furniture, sunbeds tables and barbecue etc. The property benefits from driveway parking. The roof terrace has beautiful panoramic pool and sea views. The beach is a short stroll away and bars and restauarants are within a 5 minutes walk .
