The house is in good order. Renovated in 2001. You canmove in very quickly for permantie living, or for to enjoy your holidays. In the house a hall, living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining room and bathroom.

The garden is not very big (advantage is not too much maintenance), but cozy with lots of flowers and fruit trees. There is also a garage, shed and a well.

Services like electricity, water gas are present. The house is heated with gas convectors. Drainage is regulated by the sewage.

The house will be found in the village Gelse which has around 1,200 inhabitants. Village is 30 km from Heviz and then another few km and you are in Keszthely at Lake Balaton. For more water relaxation you can go to the thermal pool in the village.
