The 5 storey building offers a total of 67 rooms in 5 categories where the largest top-floor units offer lovely seaviews.

The rooms are all newly re-furnished and tiled. All rooms offer the following facilities: air conditioning and fans, separate bathrooms with hot water, cooking facilities, loaded fridge, new (end 2012), 32' flat- screen TVs with USB ports, satellite-TV with 55 channels, in-room safety boxes, black-out curtains for a long sleep and more. Many of the rooms have their own balcony with pleasant views. There is Wi-Fi coverage throughout the hotel.

There is a new elevator (end 2011) connecting the floors.
