It is located within the Comune of Parrano, and in order to reach the property you need to use a white road which is approximately 200 metres long.From here it is an easy drive to all of the most important and most interesting villages and towns within Umbria and Tuscany, as well as all the tourist sites of the area through the beautiful countryside which surrounds them. Larger historical centres such as Siena and Arezzo can be reached by car in between 40 minutes - 1 hour. Within 1 hour and a half's drive from the property you will be in Rome or Florence. All the buildings were completed restored in 2000 according to the traditional local style. The outside walls are all made of local stone, the ceilings have wooden beams and traditional terracotta tiles, the roofs are covered with original coppi tiles (traditional italian terracotta roof tiles), the windows are in wood and the floors are all terracotta tiles.

The property already has all the services such as water, electricity and gas. The water supply is mains water but it also has two private wells which can be used for domestic water and as irrigation for the grounds.
