Opis:

In this role as the successful candidate, you will oversee and steer all employee relations and employment law matters, ensuring compliance with local laws and all applicable global HR procedures and parameters. As local HR representative, you will provide advice on a broad range of HR issues such as performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, local employee communications and personal development in order to support local managers and improve the performance of staff, departments and businesses. You will work closely with the HR Business Partners of three principal business divisions and the central HR units based abroad. You will act as a challenging partner to local managers and leadership teams, spreading best practice, providing advice and guidance on management and development of existing talent.

Requirements include:

Several years’ experience practicing as an HR Generalist and comfortable working in an organisationally complex international company with multiple reporting lines

Further education in the Human Resources field would be an advantage

A robust and self-sufficient personality, with excellent stamina, stress-management and self-reliance, cost consciousness

Understanding of the financial services industry

Strong local labour law and labour market knowledge, proven experience in managing employee relations cases

Excellent organisational skills, flexible and results driven, a self-starter, highly effective verbal and written communications skills

IT knowledge: MS office – Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Candidates must be classified as ‘Entitled’ or ‘Entitled to Work’ under the Jersey Control of Housing & Work Law.
