Living Area

The living area is flooded with sunlight through the two large windows. The room has a lovely spacious feel from the high ceilings. Immaculately renovated, the living area has a large and comfortable L-shaped sofa and coffee table. There is a TV and DVD player, along with wireless internet.

There is a dining table which seats four - perfect for enjoying a meal overlooking Rue Pastorelli. The living area is also equipped with air conditioning.

The room, along with the rest of the apartment showcases the work of local photographer Jean-Louis Martinetti, you may spot some of our guide covers on the wall!

Kitchen

The kitchen is brand new and very well-equipped. There is an oven and microwave along with a four-ring hob for cooking. Store all of your fresh ingredients in the large fridge and separate freezer.

There is a dishwasher to help you clean up, along with a washing machine.

Bedrooms

The bedroom is upstairs on the second level of the apartment. It has a king size bed, with bedside tables and plenty of storage in the shape of a built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a skylight with a shutter for night time and air-conditioning to ensure you get a great night's sleep.

On the open landing area before reaching the closed bedroom, there is extra living space, with a desk for working or writing some post cards. There is also a single bed in this area, especially useful for a third guest or child. If you do want to use this bed, please add extra single linen and bath towel for one guest as packages when booking, only the main bedroom is made up as standard.

For those travelling with a baby, there is room in the bedroom for a baby cot. Should you require one, this can be ordered from our packages section.

Bathroom

The bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom. It is on the second floor of the apartment and which is built into the roof, so at certain points in the room, the ceiling is quite low. There is a sleek, grey tiled shower cubicle along with a wash basin. There are some shelves for storing towels etc.

There are two toilets in the apartment. One is a separate toilet leading off the bathroom and the second is downstairs, just off the living area.

All prices for this holiday rental apartment in Nice are inclusive of Egyptian cotton linen and towels and utilities for two guests. The single bed on the mezzanine is not automatically made up. The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than seven days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.
