There are large windows with incredible views of the garden and a very large terrace where one can enjoy panoramic vistas of the sea and the mountains.

An outdoor, 40m, swimming pool is also situated on this level.At the mezzanine one is led by a five-step staircase. Here, there are four very good-sized bedrooms and a large, functional bathroom. The two bedrooms have balconies facing the north part, where the sea view is mesmorising. All bedrooms include wardrobes and safety deposit boxes.

At the lower level, where the villa's basement is, there is plenty of space for storage and a laundry room is also available. There is an extra storage under the staircase, too.

It's worth mentioning that on this floor, one can find the fitness area and an independent apartment which can be accessed both internally and externally.

From its independent entrance, privacy is ensured. This apartment also includes an extra bedroom and a luxury full-sized bathroom that includes a circle-shaped bath with a separate walk in shower. A fully-furnished and equiped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace are also available. Furthermore, there is a large terrace as well.

The house exterior construction consists of stone, which alternates with concrete.

Italian kitchen furniture and Italian lighting are used, too.On the villa's yard there are: outdoor grill gas, outdoor grill charcoal, patio, barbeque, 10 garden chairs, 12 deck chairs.In the garden, there are approximately 100 trees planted with the following species: Olive, fig, Pomegranate, Cypress, Lemon, orange, tangerine, peach, trees, including almond, apricot, quince, walnut, sloes, Krevatina Vine, Mulberry etc. There are also several kinds of flowers planted, not inventoried and herbs, such as mint, basil, etc.

The location of the villa ensures full privacy, as it is located near residential areas, but there are no houses nearby. Amenities, on the other hand can be reached in a small walking distance.

Last but not least, it should be noted that, home made food can be provided, on an every day base upon request and you can even meet the cook, upon request. An extra sofa bed is available, for guests.

Location:Situated on the north coast of the Island. The village of Sfakaki is a seaside village with a beautiful sandy beach. Villa Lucia is a 5 minute walk away from the shops, supermarket, taverns, bakery, hair dressers, petrol station,chemist, and doctors room.In just a 10 minute walk you will be able to enjoy the beautiful hot weather and the crystal blue waters on the sandy beach.Villa Lucia is only 8km away from the city of Rethymno, where there is plenty of choice for shopping and dining on the harbour. For guests that do not want to rent a car, the bus station is only a 5 minute walk from the villa. There are buses every 10 minutes for Rethymno,Chania Heraklio.The sandy beaches stretch either side of Rethymno town but it is also worth visiting the south of the island for a day trip. If you do not rent a car the following are all on bus routes from Rethymno bus station:

Agia Gallini with its picturesque harbour,Plakias where the beach is surrounded by steep mountains and Preveli Palm Beach where there is also a monastery.
