Do you have prior experience on a rig? Are you ready to lead a team? Our client is looking for an experienced Offshore Installation Manager to lead to their crew.

Our client is one of the biggest companies in the drilling in the sector and is rapidly becoming one of the largest Oil & Gas companies in the APAC region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main Accountabilities:
•Responsible for the safety management of offshore facility and make sure all crew members are in accordance with safety working practices and performance standards.
•Look after rig/vessel and ensure no damage from the environment.
•Monitor all activities in relation to installation and oversee progress of activities.
•Make sure all companies’ policies are followed.
•Provide cost and production leadership.
•Communicating with clients in regards to specific drilling programs.

BACKGROUND:
Our Client is an international drilling company that provides various offshore drilling services to upstream sector. The client operates a fleet of offshore drilling rigs through out the region.

PRE-REQUISITES:

•Prior experience as an offshore installation manager
•Knowledge of relevant legislation and deep-water cyber base drilling installation.
•General understanding of offshore operation practices, equipment and familiar with other offshore positions.
•Able to work under stressful working conditions
•Full understanding of drilling installations.
•OIM License as per Flag State
•Valid Ship Security Officer Certificate
•All STCW required training for Master / OIM on class of vessel and Flag requirements.
•Accident Investigation
•MODU Stability
•BOSIET/FOET
•MIST
•Master License
•Management of Major Emergencies
•IWCF Well Control
