The Position: I am looking for an OTR driver. The pay range I am offering is 23% to start out, this can change once worth ethic is proven. Raises are always an option, depending all on you and your work ethic and how you care for the equipment.
I am offering 23% pay to start out in the position.
Requirements:

Independence

Collaborative communication skills with dispatchers and schedulers

Consistent and truthful in reporting and logs

Mechanical aptitude for both troubleshooting and long-distance collaboration with mechanics at the home site

Ability to manage and continually learn new communication, GPS and monitoring technologies

Trustworthiness

3 years of OTR experience

Clean Driving Record

Responsibilities:

Complete a daily truck long and submit reports of mileage covered at EOD

Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures immediately

Manage routes and routines so they proceed in the most efficient way possible

Find way to conserve resources, including fuel, to benefit the business

Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the end of the shift and report any problems or damage to myself.

Comply with all DOT and in-house regulations and rules
