This property consists of two articles, one urban and one Rustic

The property is on 10,000m of land which is terraced with various flat, sloped and steep areas.

The property is accessed by a smnall lane and is around 15minutes from Caldas da Rainha.

The small lane leads to one other property which is abandoned so there is no traffic on the road.

On the downhill side of the road are the buildings.

The main building has been partially restored and there are some additional annexes which also need restoration.

One annex is a barn and the other is the old summer kitchen with bread oven.

The area in the valley below the main building is gently sloped and has been cleared by the owner.

Beyond this area is a small wood consisting mainly of small cork oak trees and some fruit trees.

There is also a large area that has been excavated to potentially create a natural swimming pond.

The pond is fed by a water mine.

Right at the bottow mof the land is a small stream with a bridge ( this is rather overgrown not presently accessible.

On the uphill side of the road is a small cliff and the water mine ( which has a constant flow of water all year round)

Above the cliff ( which tapers so it is possible to access this area on foot ) is a wood consisting of mainly Eucalyptus and currenly brambles)

The wood is on a reasonably accessible slope and ther are plent of areas that could be cleared to make campling areas or gardening areas.

The whole of the plot is visrtually private with only one house right at the top of the land that has any possibility of overlooking the plot. This area is reasonably wooded so even here it is private.

This could make a great campsite with lots of interesting areas, private spaces, running water and access to electricty and telephone available.

The main buildings could easily be developed and subject too planning it may be possible to create a campsite or fantastic small farm.

The property is a short drive from a couple of large villages and Caldas da Rainha is 10 minutes and the lovely Silver Coast beaches are only 20 minutes away. Lisbon is around 1 hour by car.
