This lovely 2 bedroomed Villa is centrally located on Sector A for all the resorts facilities. Directly between Camposols two commercial centers you will only be a 5 minutes walk away from 12 bars , shops, restaurants 3 supermarkets 3 banks, cash points etc . Having said that this is a quiet street with plenty of parking space and limited passing traffic. The Villa has space for 2 cars off road parking with secure gated entrance. The Villa is surrounded by mature trees & gardens giving a lovely elevated outlook from the front terrace where you will be cooled by the breeze. The house has been fully updated with modern furnishings and coordinated colour schemes to a high standard. This property will sleep 4 people in one double and one twin bedroom . The beds have brand new mattresses and comfortable quality cotton sheets and pillows for a restful nights sleep. The Air Conditioning unit covers the main bedroom Lounge and Kitchen area. bedrooms also have rotating electric fans in every room. In the lounge you will find two comfortable settees to stretch out on after a long day in the sun while you watch the Flat Screen TV which provides 800 channels including Sky news,BBC, ITV Chanel 5 ,BBC1 2 3 4 plus lots of others including radio services . The kitchen is fitted out with everything for four people on self catering and a microwave , electric plancher pan, plus BBQ on the rooftop solarium. Outside the kitchen is a courtyard with table chairs etc on the front terrace another set of tables chairs and one other set on the roof. Wide stairs lead to the roof top solarium where you will find on an astra turf area for sunbathing plus shade provided by a large covered pergola. On the roof top and at the front of the Villa you will enjoy the fabulous views towards the mountains . a truly stunning vista to enjoy on your stay. For the beach and to keep fit we have supplied a set of chairs and sun shades and cool bag to kit you out for days at the nearby beach resorts. Men's and ladies bike are stored in the underbuild. 12 Minutes drive to Bolnoevo or Pt Mazarron. A bus service also passes nearby the end of the street. Fancy a swim /no problem as you will have access to the nearby communal pool which is approx 150 meters away and there you will find expansive sun terrace with sun beds and shades. Note this property has second bedroom that is attached to the villa with access across the rear courtyard and so not suitable for young children that need supervision. The rate per week is just £175 for all months apart from July Aug September when the rate is £200.
