JOB TITLE
RESIDENT ARCHITECT

Our client is urgently looking for experienced Resident Architects to join their team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the project and ensure that the budget, delivery and schedules are in line with the specifications
• Liaising with the clients, management team, consultants and sub contractors involved.
• Review project specifications, construction drawings and technical clarifications
• Responsible for cost control, work scheduling, project supervision, material requisitions and documentation
• Review drawings for approval
• Ensure that safety regulations are being observed

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 10-15 years project experience as a Resident Architect would be highly preferred.
• Responsible for Handling site coordinating issues, progress and quality of works and site safety
