Sai Taan has been designed to combine the function at a modern home with an easy flow between indoor and outdoor, enabling open living. Design in fluences evoke the light and elegance of traditional Northern Thai architecture, with pitched roofs over major living areas. The villa secluded landscape, surrounded by a walled garden, complete with a generous sized private pool. All rooms open on to the pool, the contre of the house, via concertina glass and hard wood doors. The villa construction makes extensive use of modern western technology, but the finishing in local materials emphasises Oriental imagery.
