Located in Caves Beach, the close-knit community living in the 19 units at Scenic Court are eager to make newcomers feel welcome. Situated among manicured lawns and landscaped gardens, units vary from 1 to 2 bedrooms, with the option of a garage. Each unit is equipped with a kitchenette, lounge and bathroom, with residents able to install their own washing machine or access the communal laundry. Each unit has access to Vital Call in the case of an emergency.

Scenic Court’s units are just a short walk from the beach and Swansea Channel with public transport, including an express bus to Swansea easily accessed from this peaceful setting.

Independent Living Villages provide accommodation for people over 55 years with an independent and secure lifestyle. Our one and two bedroom units are primarily for people who wish to live independently. Residents have the opportunity to organise external services to be delivered to their home, such as laundry, cleaning, meals and personal care. Independent Living offers freedom from building and gardening maintenance, a sense of security, companionship and access to other useful services and facilities.
