QUANTITY SURVEYOR – BUILDING WORKS

Our Client has a number of large projects around Asia and is urgently seeking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join the team and be apart of the major projects going on in Hong Kong.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare tender contract documents and submit cost estimations
- Review variation orders and claims and ensure the timely submissions
- Handle Cost Control and perform risk value management
- Liaise and coordinate with the Consultants, Clients and Sub Contractors
- Resolve contractual issues and provide advices on projects requirements

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building
- Minimum 5 years working experience
- Previous experience working on Commercial/Industrial/Hospitality projects
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, good working attitude and a high level of professionalism.
