The building.

Entering the old wooden doors from the street into a traditionally tiled entrance lobby, where there are post boxes for all the apartments are, through the electrically controlled entrance door, into the first of two courtyards. This is a communal area, surrounded by marble columns, with traditional arched tops and white marble floors, giving access to the lift and stairs for access to the below ground garage and to the apartment.

The apartment.

Arriving by lift or stairs at the 3rd floor, into an entrance hall that is only used by the Penthouse is the front door of the apartment.

The main door leads into an entrance hall, (Control for Electric Entrance door with voice communication) from which doors lead in all directions:

Ahead is the family bathroom, fully tiled with modern tiles and fitted with a Bath, (with enclosed shower cubical over and part of which has a mirrored door), WC, Bidet and wash basin.

The dining terrace, covered by a removal canvas 'toldo' roof with ample space for a full size dining table. The terrace has Light, Power and a TV point, together with good views of the town.

To the rear of the lounge, double doors lead into a Utility room, fitted with a good range of storage cupboards, Gas Water Heater, Washing Machine (Included) together with worktops and sink. A further door leads from the Utility room to the rear terrace, with a covered area and additional uncovered area.

Turning left from the main hall:

You pass through a further door into the bedroom area, where there are 3 bedrooms.

The first of the bedrooms is a small double, with window overlooking the town, the second is a single again with a window overlooking the town. At the end of the corridor is the Master Bedroom; a very good size room with patio doors to the roof terrace, (during the design stage this should have been fitted with an en-suite bathroom, but the current owners chose not to have it).

Also from the Bedroom Corridor is the door leading to yet another roof terrace, which surrounds 2 sides of the apartment, with fantastic view in three directions. There is ample space on this terrace to install either a portable or above ground pool, which the current owners install every year. The terrace is really not overlooked.

To the rear of the terrace is a further room, currently used as part storage and part Gym.
