The villa
This wonderful semi-detached villa is set in beautiful natural surroundings, with sea and mountain views. It is only five minutes from the main road between the beach resort of Fuengirola and the white village of Mijas. The complex offers a swimming pool with landscaped gardens. The front door opens into a reception hall and a large living room with a wood-burning stove for the colder months. But in the hotter months it offers a cool retreat from the sun. Sliding doors give access to a balcony with views of the Spanish coast. The sitting room is comfortably furnished with luxurious trendy furniture and a 42-inch plasma screen with free English TV and cable. The dining room is facing south with more stunning views of the coast. Double doors open to the outside dining area where there is a BBQ. The kitchen is fully-equipped with the best appliances, from dishwasher to the Nespresso coffee maker. The master bedroom is above the living area and is accessed via a marble staircase. This has a large double bed and top of the line furniture, including another 42-inches Plasma screen with free English TV and cable. Double glass doors lead to a huge balcony that overlooks the sea. The Master bedroom has a fully furnished and decorated ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed. Next to the door of the second bedroom is located the second large bathroom. The third floor offers a Solarium with an incredible 360 degrees view of the sea and the mountains. Furnished with lounge-type bed and sofa. The villa is ideally situated for anyone who wants to have beach vacations, play golf, explore Andalucía, etc. The closest golf course is 200m away from the Villa’s door and the beach is 800m away straight from the house. The white village of Mijas is just 6km away and the beach resort of Fuengirola 8km. Marbella is 15 minutes away by car, and Malaga’s airport is 20-25 minutes away. Ronda and Gibraltar can be reached in less than an hour so there is no shortage of places to explore.
