This stunning and fabulous villa is home from home, sat in the hills above the area of Torrox. It has 3 twin bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus outside toilet, huge lounge with sat tv, log burning stove, large dining area, air con, well equipped kitchen with all the mod cons provided, large patios, including arched shaded areas for those extra hot days with table and chairs for those balmy evenings. Private shaped pool, outside shower, sun loungers, large parasol. Situated above Torrox Pueblo with stunning views of the sea and breathtaking sunsets.The lounge area has two double settee's and one triple seater, all have pull out leg supports and head rest pushes back. There is Sat TV, DVD and VHS video player, Cd and radio player. CD's, DVD's and videos for your enjoyment, sideboard full of books, playing cards and games. Dining area has large table with 6 chairs and 3 more chairs in bedrooms. Highchair is available. In the round tower room there is a CD player and full sized pool table, from this room there is also a roof terrace. Welcome pack free of charge, Bed linen and bath towels, tea towels are included, and will be changed after mid stay if more than 7 days. Beach towels not included. Pool will be checked twice a week, extra cleaning can be available at a extra charge. Also equipped with cool bags and box with freeze packs, beach mats, plastic picnic ware, children's beach toys, 3 beach chairs, many garden games including garden jenga, skittles, darts, many bat and ball games, toys, books, puzzles, videos for younger children including a small paddling pool for the very young children, arm bands, swim rings, lilo's, high chair, potty, travel cot. There are many reading books, Dvd's, varied music CD's, poker games, card games. In the kitchen we have a bread maker, slow cooker, fruit juicer, hand liquidiser, electric grill, microwave, dishwasher. Although the property is not built for disabled the main part of villa has just one step onto covered patio. Although the tower room has access only by spiral stairs. Outside the villa there is a large area of shingle covered parking, many flowering shrubs and plants, olive, orange and lemon trees, with watering system. It also boasts a BBQ. The private pool which is 4.5m wide by 6.5m long, 2m at deep end & 1.2m at shallow end, with tiled steps into shallow end, 6 sunbeds with cushions, outside shower by pool, toilet, washing line.The villa is just a 10 mins drive from Torrox Pueblo, and 15 mins from beach at Torrox Costa. AquaVelez Water park is by El Egenio shopping centre in Velez Malaga just 20 mins away. There are three golf courses within 30 minutes. Bavaria being the most popular at Velez Malaga. The Sierra Nevada Ski mountain Range is 1 & half hour drive on great new motorways, you can be on the slopes in 2 hours. The nearest airport is Malaga just 40 mins away, on motorway most of the way. Car hire is a must due to villa location, although taxis are available. Torrox Pueblo is a quaint original Spanish peublo, with Tapas bars and restaurants, just 10 min drive or approx 30 min walk, easy going down, tough coming back. Torrox Costa is another 5 mins but has a wider variety of restaurants, a long sandy beach and promenade. Nerja is a busier but very pretty resort with the Balcon Europa , Nerja Caves, and bustling markets. Travel cot and two adult z beds available at extra cost.
