Originally the stables and connected to the main house by a glass portico is an annex which comprises a downstairs living room with fireplace and dining area, two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with whirlpool bath and an upstairs loft twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. The pool house offers further accommodation and includes a living room, kitchen, bedroom with large twin beds and ensuite shower room. With its large garden, panoramic views and private and secure accommodation, The villa is the ideal location for families, groups or couples seeking a quiet base to enjoy both a luxurious and relaxing holiday and to explore the Tuscany and Umbria countryside and nearby cultural city centres. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
