Living Area

The open plan living area has two large black leather sofa and a glass coffee table. For entertainment there is a 42" flatscreen TV with English satellite TV and a DVD player. There is also a wood burning stove for cosy nights in winter.

In the dining area there is a large dining table and chairs for four people. There are also bar stools along the breakfast bar. Dining can also take place on the terrace area, and of course by the pool where there is a large patio set.

Kitchen

There is a large kitchen with white units where you can find a built in oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, four ring hob and extractor fan.

Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, and one bedroom on the top floor. All bedrooms are large and have wonderful views of Nice.

Three bedrooms have King Size beds and one bedroom two single beds. All rooms have built in wardrobes and chests of drawers.

Bathroom

In this villa, four bedrooms means four bathroms too. All are fully tiled.
There is a main bathroom near the master bedroom on the top level, along with a seperate WC, and then three smaller bathrooms on the ground level.

Particulars

The villa is intended for holidays only. It cannot be used for large groups, parties or events.

All prices for this holiday rental villa in Nice are inclusive of Egyptian cotton linen and towels for eight guests and utilities.
The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than 7 days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.

In order to maintain the pool and gardens to a high standard, a weekly visit from the pool maintenance company and gardener is necessary. We apologise for any inconvenience this work may cause during your stay.
