Built approx 120 years ago, this stone built cottage has recently been restored and extended. During its restoration great care was taken to retain and enhance its period features and it is now in excellent condition throughout.

Approached from the public road by a private concrete driveway. The grounds are laid out mainly in lawn and paddock. Detached garage.
