The self contained apartment has its own separate entrance and electricity supply and is ideal for renting out. It comprises an open plan living area / kitchen, first floor bathroom and bedroom at the lower level. Occasionally, the present owners have rented the apartment out for 400 euros a month, although an income of 300 euros a week is considered possible if it is rented during the Winter season alone.

Of course, the main house can also be rented out during the Winter, when it will produce a very worthwhile income.

Outside, there is a terrace extending all around the house and the garden includes the swimming pool, which measures 10 x 5 metres.

The adjoining villages of Séez and Bourg St Maurice occupy a strategic position in the heart of the Haute Tarentaise at the centre of the French Alps and are ideally situated for easy access to many renowned winter sports resorts, such as Les Arcs, La Rosière, Val d'Isère, Tignes, and Sainte-Foy Tarentaise, most of which can be reached in about 20 minutes.
