A Globally recognized company in the construction industry providing high quality engineering products and services is currently seeking high caliber professionals to fill the role of a Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop sales strategies and setting sales targets
- Develop marketing plans to achieve sales target and increase brand visibility within the assigned area.
- Maximizing sales and profitability, identifying business opportunities.
- Develop strong working relationship with potential clients for new business - opportunities within the assigned area
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
- Driving operational improvement
- Controlling the training and development of your staff
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline
- Minimum 8-10 years solid work experience
- Background in Civil Projects is a must
- Ability to work under pressure
- Decision-making ability and sense of responsibility
- Planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
