Opis:

Commercial Manager

We are now working with a well known luxurious fit-out contractor which is currently focusing in the Hong Kong and Mainland China projects. The majority of their projects fall in corporate office, financial institutions, residential, hospitality, and commercial.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Up to date knowledge in the commercial market
• Review & make appropriate changes to current procurement strategies
• Negotiating & analyzing contract terms
• Review and settle all claims
• Prepare financial documents & analyze
• Coordinate commercial strategy with construction manager/project surveyor/project manager
• Monitor & control the supply chain

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Experienced in fitting-out/retail projects
• Strategic negotiation tactics
• Familiar with the technical language
• Fluent in English
