JOB TITLE

FAÇADE MANAGER - PRECAST (SITE) *** Wuhan, China

Do you want to work with one of the leading international construction companies?

With projects in Civil / Building works, they are current seeking experienced to fill the role of Facade Manager on site to join their team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Report to the Project Director of Hong Kong tunnel project
- Manage the quality check of materials and fabrications and provide inspection report to Project Director
- Monitor the workmanship, quality and product delivery to ensure in compliance with the project quality specification.
- Manage the production progress to ensure the overall works are complied with Hong Kong project progress
- Liaise with local contractor and feedback on any production problems; including irregularity against QSE, defective works, and improper handling during production
- Liaise with local authorities to ensure proper completion of necessary official / legal procedures in compliance with legislative requirements.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

- Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in the industry
- At least 2 years experience in relevant role
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Stationed in China, Duration: 2.5 years.
