Project Manager/Coordinator ***Fit Out

With the recent success of winning high profile construction contracts, our client is looking to hire talented Project Managers to facilitate the increase of project loads. The client is looking for a hard working individual that have plentiful management experience and a solid knowledge in the construction industry. Our client is one of the most well-known and active Main Contractors in Hong Kong.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To chair meetings with clients & various consultants
To make decisions on project terms and conditions, budgeting, administering & negotiating contracts
Organize the work of architect, consultants & engineer aligning to contract terms
Develop & make certain of contract drawings, documents & specifications to abide regulations & standards for permit approvals
Provide on site supervision and inspections to ensure the construction process is meeting client’s requirements

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Degree in Civil Engineering/Architect or related fields
Minimum 5 years in project management and comprehensive knowledge in the Hong Kong arena
Technical knowledge of architectural drawings and specifications
Must understand the requirements of the company and designers and ensure timely delivery of the project
Superb presentation delivery skill to clients, management & public
Must have a good understanding of Government regulations and experienced in submissions
AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office
