KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Should be able to collect and organize design data from several sources
•Should provide space planning and design conceptualization.
•Refine optimize and adapt to existing designs for new projects
•Responsible for the coordination and compliance of design drawings with the authorities
•Review and provide solutions to technical issues
•Resolve construction issues and close liaisons with design team and authorities
•Complete tasks on time and meet tight deadlines

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQURIED

•A Diploma/Degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture or relevant disciplinesProfi
•Minimum 5 years experience in a consulting firm
•Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Microstation
•Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
•Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
