SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Coordinating with the client and other architects working on the project design.
• Organize and attend site meetings and project meetings with the client representative/s and other parties.
• Provides architectural oversight to construction contractors.
• Ensuring the project meets the local zoning and building code requirements.
• Determine construction materials and methods.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Must be well versed in using Revit.
• Experience working on new construction for healthcare and other healthcare related facility projects required.
• Ability to influence and lead by example.
