Senior Project Officer/Project Officer
Our client focuses on the management of shopping centres. They are looking for talented individuals who are self-motivated and hard working. This client offers attractive compensation packages and a 5 days working week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform feasibility studies and analyze the data
• Organize layout plans for leasing and A&A purposes
• Conduct site inspection and ensure that work is properly performed
• Formulate programs and estimates for A&A projects
• Responsible for procurement and documentation
• Guide multiple parties and consultants for A&A projects
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Degree in Building Surveying/Architectural Studies/Building or related disciplines
• Must have good knowledge in Government regulations
• Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field
• Skilled in AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop
• Candidates with less experience will be recognized for Project Officer
